- Maintaining the homes to an excellent standard
- Maintaining the safety of your home
- Advice on adaptations and other assistive technologies
- Arranging for contractors to carry out works that are your responsibility
- Assistance with reporting repairs to your home and managing your tenancy
- Providing and maintaining household appliances we provide
- Grounds maintenance service
Our aim is to ensure our residents develop independence whilst at the same time we seek to offer a personal service to them, so they know if there is anything they want to discuss, change or complain about their home, we are there to listen and help where we can.
