First Priority Housing Association is a Specialist Supported Housing provider. We provide homes and services to tenants that have a range of complex needs.  

Our approach to service delivery is driven by our values to be a Caring, Honest, Accountable and Trustworthy organisation, working with our partners. The delivery of our services will reflect the individual needs of each of our tenants. 

Our policies are there to help to guide decision-making and provide a framework to underpin consistency of service delivery to our tenants.

Our policies have been developed to ensure we operate in a transparent, effective and fair way for tenants.

As a registered provider with the Regulator for Social Housing, we are also required to ensure our policies and procedures meet the requirements of the Regulatory Standards (including the Consumer Standards).

Repairs and maintenance of our homes is essential to keeping tenants safe and providing good quality homes. Our Repairs and Maintenance Policy explains how we manage repairs and what tenants can expect from this service.
